Madeline Benitez, a 64-year-old woman, was last seen on October 29, 2011, in Capitola, California. She worked part-time at a Burger King in Capitola and attended church regularly. Madeline's friends became concerned after she failed to show up for work and was eventually reported missing on November 8, 2011. When police searched her apartment, there were no signs of foul play, and everything seemed in order. Her calendar had been marked up until the day she was last seen.
