Jason Allen Colbert, a 40-year-old man from Albany, Oregon, was last seen on November 9, 2011. He was reported missing after he was last observed near Water Avenue, close to Bowman Park in Albany. Jason, who suffers from schizophrenia, left his home without his vital medications, phone, wallet, or eyeglasses, raising concerns about his wellbeing.
