Michael Jerome Bills, a 50-year-old man from Downers Grove, Illinois, disappeared on October 1, 2012, the day of his birthday. He was expected to attend a birthday party at a local pizza restaurant but never showed up. When his family returned home, they found his wallet, travel bag, and other personal belongings missing. This led to concern as Bills had not been seen or heard from since that day.
