Cristobal Nolasco Ventura, a 36-year-old man, was last seen on February 27, 2013, near McAllen, Texas. He was traveling with a friend when, according to the friend's account, they were forced to leave Cristobal behind because he could not continue the journey. His friend stated that Cristobal was left approximately 15 minutes from the McAllen metropolitan area, still within the U.S., and about an hour and a half from Reynosa, Mexico.
