Westley Allen Moore, a 30-year-old man from Rye, Texas, was last seen on June 8, 2013. On the day of his disappearance, Moore was walking away from a home in the Big Thicket Retreat, a subdivision located in Rye. He walked down the Kinder-Morgan pipeline and never returned.
