Eliga Ray Ferguson, a 56-year-old truck driver, went missing on December 3, 2013, in Palmer, Texas. Ferguson had been en route from Houston to Dallas to deliver a load when he stopped at a truck stop in Palmer. During a phone call with his wife, Rhonda Weisinger, Ferguson mentioned that several people in black SUVs were searching his truck, expressing concern that he might be going to jail. After talking for about 90 minutes, the call abruptly ended, and Ferguson was never heard from again.
