James "Jimmy" Romines, age 63, was last seen on April 23, 2014, at his apartment in Centralia, Illinois. He was spotted around noon by his neighbor, marking the last confirmed sighting of him. James was developmentally delayed and had no known means of transportation, relying on a bicycle that was found at his home. According to family members, he had disappeared before but had always returned. His last known conversation with a relative occurred the evening before his disappearance.
