James Allan Chambers II, a 28-year-old civilian construction worker at Fort Bragg, was last seen on August 15, 2014, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. On the day of his disappearance, Chambers was reportedly given a ride by a co-worker, Howard Ashleman, who took him to run errands, including cashing a check and purchasing alcohol.
