Frank Clyde Hurtado Jr., a 47-year-old man from Hinton, Oklahoma, was last seen on November 8, 2014. He was described as being 5'7" to 5'8" tall, weighing between 186 to 205 pounds, with black and gray hair (shaved bald), a mustache, and a beard. Hurtado had several distinctive tattoos, including the name “Sheila” on his neck, a unicorn on his stomach, and other religious-themed tattoos on his chest.
