On November 8, 2014, 47-year-old Frank Clyde Hurtado Jr., also known by the nicknames Pancho, Pancho Ace, and Isidro O. Olivas, was last seen in Hinton, Oklahoma. At the time of his disappearance, Hurtado, a Hispanic/Latino and White/Caucasian male, was driving his personal vehicle, a white 2003 Dodge Caravan. He was described as being between 5'7" and 5'8" tall and weighing between 186 and 205 pounds. He had black and gray hair which was shaved bald, and a black and gray mustache and beard. His last known attire consisted of a plain yellow t-shirt, blue jeans, sneakers with white socks, and a black and white striped beanie hat. Two days after he was last seen, on November 10, 2014, Hurtado's van was discovered abandoned in a field northeast of Bethel Road, situated between Hydro and Bridgeport, Oklahoma. The vehicle was not wrecked but was found stuck in the mud. The doors to the van were unlocked, and there was no sign of Hurtado at the scene. The circumstances surrounding his vehicle being left in that location remain unclear, and his disappearance has been considered suspicious by those close to the case. Frank Hurtado Jr. has several distinct physical characteristics that could aid in his identification. He has a missing front left tooth, a pierced right ear, and a scar on his lower right abdomen. He is also heavily tattooed, with the name "Sheila" on the right side of his neck, a unicorn on his stomach, and various other designs on his chest, back, and arms. These tattoos include religious words, a portrait of his wife, a naked lady, a rose, and birds. The Hinton Police Department is the primary agency investigating his disappearance, and despite the passage of time, his case remains an active missing person investigation. The lack of any significant leads or evidence has left his family and community searching for answers for over a decade.
