James Natalia Foster, a 19-year-old from Steilacoom, Washington, disappeared under mysterious circumstances in 1980. He was last seen on July 6, 1980, and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, James was 5'8" tall, weighed around 140 pounds, and was described as having black hair and brown eyes.
