Patricia Lynn Taylor, also known as "Patsi" or "Patty," was last seen on August 31, 1981, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. At the time of her disappearance, she was 15 years old and had been living in a group home operated by Oklahoma's Department of Human Services (DHS) due to problems in her home life. Before her time in Tulsa, Patricia had lived with relatives in North Dakota and then at the Owasso Children's Baptist Home.
