Noriya Kanemoto, a 56-year-old man of Japanese descent, was last seen on August 29, 1984, at his home in San Francisco, California. At the time of his disappearance, Kanemoto was described as being 5'5" tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
