Lillard Young, a 35-year-old man, was last seen on August 1, 1985, at the Rocky Top Bar in Tazewell, Tennessee. Young had connections to several areas, including Anderson, Davidson, Grainger, and Hamblen Counties in Tennessee, as well as locations in Georgia, Mississippi, Florida, and Ohio. His disappearance was reported after this sighting, and despite efforts to locate him, his case remains unsolved.
