Judy Marie Foster, 37, was last seen in Grand Saline, Texas, on September 8, 1990. That evening, she had been socializing with a group of young men at a local shopping center parking lot, known as the "beargrounds," a popular spot for gatherings. Witnesses recall that she appeared to be intoxicated and fell from the tailgate of a truck, injuring her head.
