Katrina Montgomery, a 20-year-old college student, went missing on November 28, 1992, after attending a party in Oxnard, California. She had spent Thanksgiving with her family in Los Angeles and had plans to see them again in Santa Barbara, but never arrived. Katrina was last seen at a party hosted by Scott Porcho, a member of the Skinhead Dogs (SHD) gang.
