Katrina Montgomery, a 20-year-old college student, went missing on November 28, 1992, after attending a party in Oxnard, California. She had spent Thanksgiving with her family in Los Angeles and had plans to see them again in Santa Barbara, but never arrived. Katrina was last seen at a party hosted by Scott Porcho, a member of the Skinhead Dogs (SHD) gang.
Her involvement with this group led to her crossing paths with Justin Merriman, a fellow SHD member who had shown romantic interest in her, though she did not reciprocate.
After the party, Katrina’s Toyota pickup truck was found abandoned in the Angeles National Forest, with bloodstains in the bed. Witnesses later revealed that Merriman had physically assaulted Katrina during the party, and further evidence suggested that he raped and murdered her at his mother’s condo later that night. Merriman was eventually convicted of her murder in 2001 and sentenced to death. Despite his conviction, Katrina's remains have never been recovered.Last Seen: Nov 28, 1992
