Missing

Delbert Arnold David, aged 50, disappeared from Fort Walton Beach, Florida, on August 16, 1993. He was last seen in the area, and since then, no trace of him has been found. At the time of his disappearance, David was described as a 6'1" tall Caucasian male with brown hair, possibly turning gray, and gray eyes. He had several distinguishing scars, including a six-inch scar on his left elbow and additional scars on his abdomen, chest, and neck.
