Kattie Nicole Talbert, 16, was last seen on May 1, 1998, in Klamath Falls, Oregon. She had run away from her uncle’s home, where she had been staying at the time. Prior to her disappearance, Kattie mentioned a man who lived near a park close to a Dairy Queen on East Main Street, and it was suspected she may have intended to meet him.
