In May of 1998, a 16-year-old girl named Kattie Nicole Talbert disappeared from Klamath Falls, Oregon. At the time she went missing, Kattie had blonde or strawberry-colored hair and hazel eyes. She was described as being five feet five inches tall and weighing approximately 120 pounds. The teenager was living with her uncle, Earl Jones, at the time she vanished.
