On July 12, 2000, 18-year-old Mustapha Ba Dao, known as "Pha" to his loved ones, left his home in Brownsburg, Indiana, with plans to visit a friend. He was last seen at a gas station, reportedly waiting for a ride. Tragically, he never returned home and has not been seen or heard from since. The following day, his concerned parents reported him missing to the Brownsburg Police Department.
