Romaldo Astran, a 37-year-old man, was last seen in Dallas, Texas, on July 10, 2003. Standing 5'5" tall and weighing around 180 pounds, Romaldo has distinguishing characteristics including skin discoloration on his back, and multiple scars on his abdomen, forehead, and right knee. He also has tattoos on his chest, left arm, and upper right arm. At the time of his disappearance, his hair was black, and his eyes were brown.
