Gerebel Guzman Mancillas, a 40-year-old male, was last seen on September 1, 2009, while attempting to cross from Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas, into Texas. Mancillas, who was traveling alone at the time, disappeared under unclear circumstances, and he has not been heard from since late September 2009. Described as Hispanic, with gray or partially gray hair, he stood 5'8" tall and weighed around 220 pounds at the time of his disappearance.
