Tilotilo Faalupega Faoa, a 23-year-old man from San Francisco, was last seen on June 2, 2012. After a breakup with his girlfriend, Faoa reportedly expressed suicidal intentions. He was last observed on the Golden Gate Bridge, where he left behind his wallet and jacket. Tragically, witnesses saw him jump from the bridge, and although an extensive search was conducted, his body was never recovered. Due to the circumstances, his case has been classified as a "lost/injured missing" incident.
