Mizuki Kinder, a 6-year-old girl, was last seen on February 20, 2013, in Irving, Texas. Mizuki’s disappearance is tied to an international parental abduction case. Her mother, Masumi Yamataka, abducted Mizuki to Japan on March 22, 2013, in violation of custody agreements. Since then, efforts to bring her back to the United States have been unsuccessful.
