His cell phone last pinged near Gandy Boulevard and 4th Street, but no further activity has been detected since.
Webb was described as a white male, 6'0", 175 pounds, with salt-and-pepper hair. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black t-shirt, khaki shorts, and a Dale Earnhardt baseball cap.
