Santiago Cruz, a 28-year-old man, was last heard from on February 1, 2015, while traveling from Reynosa, Mexico, to McAllen, Texas. In the weeks leading up to his disappearance, Santiago had informed his family that he planned to cross the border and would contact them if his plans changed. However, after February 1, all communication from Santiago ceased, and he has not been seen or heard from since.
