On a spring day in Oklahoma, 32-year-old Trang Huyen Tran disappeared, leaving behind a life that, to her family, seemed quiet and predictable. She was last seen on April 5, 2015, after spending part of the day shopping with her mother in Midwest City, a suburb of Oklahoma City. During their time together, Trang mentioned that she had plans to meet with an unidentified person at 5:00 p.m. that evening.
