In the summer of 2015, concern grew for the well-being of 42-year-old Amando Salinas Jr., a resident of Clinton, Arkansas. On July 8th, 2015, a family member received a distressing phone call from him, during which he sounded to be in some kind of trouble. This phone call would be the last time anyone reported hearing from him.
