Rosa Maria Marquez, a 31-year-old woman from Bell Gardens, California, disappeared on September 13, 1983, under mysterious circumstances. That night, she put her two daughters, aged five and three, to bed, but by the morning, Rosa was gone, leaving her children alone in the house. She was never heard from again.
