Richard Louis Viglizzo, a 29-year-old man from San Francisco, California, went missing on November 20, 1983. He was last seen in San Francisco and has not been heard from since that day. Viglizzo owned the Viglizzo Family Deli, and his family was also involved in Viglizzo Meats, a well-known local business producing sausages.
