Juan Flores, a 38-year-old man, was last seen on January 5, 1992, in Houston, Texas. At the time of his disappearance, he was suffering from confusion and medical issues stemming from a prior car accident, which required ongoing attention. Flores, who spoke little English, had two metal plates in his lower back and a large scar from surgeries.
