On a late summer day, August 21, 2004, a 37-year-old man named Nichole Brooks Fisher was seen for the last time in the west end of Norristown, Pennsylvania. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a Black / African American male, standing between 5'4' and 5'9' tall and weighing between 160 and 180 pounds.
