In the late summer of 2009, a 55-year-old man named Marvin Wayne O'Neal made a decision that would leave his family and friends searching for answers for years to come. On August 1st, from his home in Ripley, a small town in Tipton County, Tennessee, Marvin announced he was leaving for California. He was last seen wearing faded blue jeans, notable for the large holes in the knees, and a tight-fitting white t-shirt.
