In the city of Elgin, Illinois, a sense of concern lingers over the disappearance of Franco Loyo, a 58-year-old man who vanished in the spring of 2023. His last confirmed whereabouts were on April 19, 2023. At the time he went missing, he was described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing approximately 192 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
