Charles Childree, 66 years old at the time, was last seen on July 21, 2015, near his residence on County Road 15 in Ozark, Alabama. Childree, who suffers from both a mental handicap and multiple medical conditions, was known for walking regularly along the roadways near his home. On the day of his disappearance, he was reportedly wearing blue jeans and a button-up flannel shirt. His family became concerned when he did not return home from one of his usual walks, leading to an extensive search.
