In the autumn of 2015, life in South Boston, Virginia, was forever altered for the family of Angela Scott Owen. A 39-year-old female, Angela was last seen in her hometown on November 16, 2015. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as a white female, approximately 5'6' to 5'8' tall, and weighing between 165 and 190 pounds.
