Troy Robert Galloway, a 34-year-old Marine Corps veteran, was last seen leaving his home in Sonora, California, on January 13, 2016. Galloway, who suffered from schizoaffective disorder, left without a jacket on a particularly cold night, which raised immediate concerns.
