Troy Robert Galloway, a 34-year-old Marine Corps veteran, was last seen leaving his home in Sonora, California, on January 13, 2016. Galloway, who suffered from schizoaffective disorder, left without a jacket on a particularly cold night, which raised immediate concerns. His phone was turned off just 30 minutes after he left, and no activity has been recorded on his bank accounts since that time.
