Chelsea Cobo, a 22-year-old mother from Brooklyn, New York, went missing on May 6, 2016. Chelsea had struggled with mental health and substance abuse issues, including bipolar disorder and postpartum depression, especially after the death of her biological mother earlier that year. Prior to her disappearance, she had been in and out of hospitals, including being admitted to psychiatric care for two weeks due to concerns about her well-being.
