Kevin Duane Marshall, a 38-year-old man from Eagle Butte, South Dakota, on the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation, was last seen by his mother on May 19, 2016. He was at his mother's home and was expected to travel to Rapid City to attend his eldest daughter's high school graduation, which was scheduled for May 21st.
