In the summer of 2016, a family's life was forever altered when Cecil Edward Burkhart, a 30-year-old man from Clay County, Kentucky, vanished without a trace. Known to his loved ones as 'C-Bug,' Cecil was last seen in the Oneida community where he was reportedly going to do some mowing and mechanic work.
