Cecil Burkhart, age 30, was last seen on July 1, 2016, in Manchester, Kentucky. He was dropped off by his brother on Teges Creek Road, where he was reportedly doing odd jobs in the area. Cecil had planned to stay for a few days, and his brother was expected to pick him up later. However, Cecil never made contact again, and his family has not heard from him since. He was last reported to have been seen near Saddler Road, a location within walking distance from where he was dropped off.
