Roy Lee Brandel, aged 84, went missing on July 10, 2016, from his family farm in Ironton, Missouri. On that day, he went into the wooded area on the property to chop wood, telling family members that he would return for lunch. However, he never came back, and despite an extensive search of the area, no trace of him was found. His pickup truck was located on the property, but there were no other clues to his whereabouts.
