Gary Wallace Gutierrez, a 20-year-old, was last seen on August 1, 1979, in Wenatchee, Washington. At the time of his disappearance, he was working in an apple orchard in the area. Gary was originally from Colorado, where he held a driver's license, and he was an avid backpacker. Before he went missing, he had plans to move to Maine later that month. However, after August 1, he was never seen or heard from again, and his case has remained unsolved since then.
