Barbara Wooden, 63 years old, was last seen on October 23, 1998, as she left Chester Frost Campgrounds in East Ridge, Tennessee, intending to visit her mother in Rhea County. Her husband reported that she mentioned she might not be home when he returned from the campground. By the time her husband returned on October 26, she had not come back, and both her car and suitcase were missing.
