Tinia Maria Osborne, age 31, was last seen on November 4, 2004, in Gainesville, Florida. She last had contact with her family in December of that year. At the time of her disappearance, Tinia was involved in drug use and the sex trade, frequenting downtown Gainesville. She was known to have several tattoos, including an Asian character on her upper arm, as well as tattoos on her left hand and right ankle.
