Norma Licona Morales, age 32, was last seen on February 24, 2007, in Dallas, Texas. She disappeared alongside her eight-month-old daughter, Dafne Destiny Morales. Norma and her daughter were last seen outside their apartment on Bolivar Drive. They were supposed to meet Norma’s estranged boyfriend early that morning but never arrived.
