Billy Joe Hayes, a 53-year-old Black / African American male, was last seen on May 15, 2008, in Huntington, West Virginia. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being between 5'6" and 5'8" tall and weighing between 130 and 135 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
