Jonathan Alan Hamby, a 37-year-old man from Mishawaka, Indiana, was last seen on February 26, 2017. After spending a few days at a friend's house, he returned to his parents' home, showered, and had a meal with them. He mentioned that he was going out but planned to return later that evening. However, he never came back and has not been heard from since.
At the time of his disappearance, Jonathan was wearing a red Indiana University t-shirt, blue jeans, and possibly a Carhartt jacket. He was also driving his black 2006 BMW 530I, which has not been found. Although Jonathan had a history of depression, anxiety, and substance abuse, his family believed he was turning his life around. He had secured a job and regained his driver’s license, which had been revoked due to previous legal troubles.
Jonathan's sudden disappearance, leaving behind personal belongings, including clothes and money, raised suspicions. His family and friends do not believe he left voluntarily, and his case is now being treated as a suspected homicide.
