Ronnie Leon Brooks Sr., aged 54, was last seen leaving his residence on Grady Smith Road in Pink Hill, North Carolina, on July 21, 2017. He was driving a white 1999 Ford F-150 pickup truck, but neither he nor the vehicle has been seen since. Brooks has a history of drug use, but his family, particularly his twin brother, stated that it was unusual for him to disappear without any notice.
