Maurice Taitt, a 77-year-old man from Trinidad, was last seen on August 6, 2017, walking away from his son's home on Wynbrooke Parkway in Stone Mountain, Georgia. He was in the United States visiting family for a reunion when he disappeared. Taitt suffers from dementia and diabetes, which made his disappearance particularly concerning. On the evening he went missing, he was confused and believed he was back in Trinidad, even though he was still in Georgia.
