In the autumn of 2017, concern began to grow for a man named Kenneth Leroy Bouwell in West Monroe, Louisiana. Family members realized that they had not seen or heard from him in a couple of weeks, which was unusual even though he did not have a permanent home. The last confirmed sighting of Kenneth was on October 3, 2017. At the time he went missing, he was 46 years old.
