Terry Dale Wallace, age 20, was last seen on November 17, 1982, in Youngwood, Pennsylvania. He was spotted leaving Crusan's Bar on South Fourth Street around 11:20 p.m. that night. After leaving the bar, Wallace never made it home and has not been heard from since.
