Dennis Bagnall, a 24-year-old from Battle Creek, Michigan, went missing on December 6, 1986, while on a trip to the Bahamas. Dennis and his friend, Tony Schwark, had flown from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to Freeport, Bahamas, to retrieve a boat for a friend of Dennis. They were accompanied by a Bahamian guide and left the Running Mon Marina around 11:30 AM, with plans to sail back to Fort Lauderdale by 6 PM. However, neither the men nor the boat arrived, and they were never heard from again.
